Currently my online Store is not yet available (but is coming soon). In the meantime, if you would like to purchase prints of any of my images, or license digital images, please contact me directly using the form below. I will respond to all purchase and license requests as a priority.
Please note that the monitors and printers used to produce the prints ordered from this site are all calibrated for colour reproduction. However, due to the variety of colour reproduction on different monitors, prints may not exactly match the image displayed on your monitor. This is normal and is often shown by a slight difference in colours and/or brightness of the print when compared to the image on your monitor. Due to these technical variations which are outside of our control, we cannot offer a guarantee that the print received will be a direct match to the image viewed on your monitor.
On payment of the invoice, the purchased product will be shipped by our carriers to you and a despatch note with the estimated delivery date will be emailed to you. Please note that our packages required a signature on receipt.
If in the unlikely event your order does not arrive when expected, please allow an additional 5 days in case our carriers have experienced delivery problems. If your order still hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact us with your order number and we will attempted to track the delivery with our carriers.
You must inform us as quickly as possible if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
By placing an order, you also agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that the order goods have been received.
For international shipments outside the EU, we are obliged to complete a Customs Declaration which is then affixed to your package stating the value of the goods within. Additional customs charges may be levied when the package reaches your country and must be borne by you. Please be aware that some packages may be opened and inspected by customs officials on entering your country.
Prices include all taxes and postage within the UK. For international delivery, please contact us for overseas delivery costs.
We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us so a refund or exchange can be arranged.
If you need to return any product to us for a refund or exchange, the product must be in like-new condition when we receive it. Shipping & handling costs are not refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping from your location to ours. Where prints have been purchased with shipping costs included, these shipping costs are 12% of the cost of your order and will be deducted from any refunds given. The return needs to be insured and trackable. Each return must be preceded by communication with us requesting a Returns Authorisation Number . Returns which do not have a valid Returns Authorisation Number will not be accepted and will be returned to your carrier.
